About the Role

As an Account Executive - Technical Staffing, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives, hiring managers, and other key decision-makers
• Conducting in-depth needs analyses to understand clients' technical staffing requirements and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs
• Collaborating with our internal recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services and exceptional client experiences
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain our competitive edge

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical staffing sales, account management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the IT industry, including cloud computing, software development, and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
