Airport Customer Service Agent - Ontario

As the first point of contact for our passengers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience. Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and ensure accurate tracking of luggage using computer systems.
  • Resolve passenger issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items with professionalism and empathy.
  • Handle customer interactions with efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive attitude.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, within the scope of your skills and experience.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 70 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to lift weights of 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces.
  • Must be able to navigate jetway stairs safely and remain alert to moving vehicles and aircraft.
  • Proficiency in using radio equipment for communication.

Qualifications

  • Must be a local (in-state) resident.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Valid In-State Driver's License required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a 10-year background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Completion of ramp and SIDA training is required for airport authority identification and security.
