Job Summary:

As an Airline Customer Experience Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for our passengers, ensuring a smooth and positive travel journey. You will handle inquiries, assist with ticketing and reservations, manage baggage needs, and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service across various touchpoints, including virtual interactions.
  • Assist passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades.
  • Manage baggage check-in, tagging, and loading processes, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time departures.
  • Adhere to security procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced situations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in handling passenger information.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems is a plus.

Working Hours:

Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate flight schedules.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Familiarity with airport operations and procedures.
  • Understanding of airline policies and regulations.
  • Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
