Job Description:

We're looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help us drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a senior data scientist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading efforts in AI and machine learning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Performing in-depth analysis and modeling of large datasets to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Designing, running, and analyzing A/B experiments to measure the impact of changes on customer behavior
  • Developing and implementing scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analysis and machine learning model development
  • Researching new and innovative AI approaches and technologies
  • Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership in AI and machine learning
  • Data analysis and modeling
  • A/B testing and experimentation
  • Machine learning model development and deployment
  • Research and development of new AI approaches
  • Mentorship and guidance of junior data scientists

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
  • Experience with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny)
  • Experience managing data pipelines
  • Experience as a leader and mentor in a data science team
