As a Customer Experience Banker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, identifying financial goals and needs, and recommending banking products and services that help our customers achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer deposit products and educate customers on their features and benefits.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate expertise in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
  • Preferred experience in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
  • Cash handling skills and comfort with technology, such as mobile services and online banking services.
