Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Representative to manage high-volume calls, emails, and orders. As a key member of our team, you'll provide excellent customer service, process orders, and communicate with vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Main Job Duties:

• Manage and assign emails, process invoices, and deliver customer invoices
• Receive payments, run credit card transactions, and enter tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites
• Handle high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes
• Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, process orders, and track backorders
• Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors and maintain confidential financial documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, support, and sales
• Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a friendly and patient demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and eCommerce software
• Reliable and fast internet connection required
