Data Science Manager - Acquisition and Partnerships

Job Summary:

We're seeking an exceptional Data Science Manager to lead our Acquisition and Partnerships team at Netflix. As a key member of our Growth and Commerce Organization, you'll drive business growth by developing and executing data-driven strategies for consumer acquisition, partnerships, and bundling. You'll lead a team of talented data scientists and analytics engineers, partnering with cross-functional teams to inform business strategy and drive influence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of data scientists and analytics engineers to deliver high-impact business results
• Partner with teams to define consumer experiences, set business strategy, and drive influence
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies for consumer acquisition, partnerships, and bundling
• Scale analytics, access to insights, and innovate on methodologies to drive business growth

Requirements:

• Master's or PhD degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering data science and analytics projects in complex business environments
• Experience hiring and leading high-caliber, data-focused teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Tenacious, flexible, and able to effectively organize and lead cross-functional projects
