- Lead project mobilization activities, ensuring timely and efficient handovers to site operations teams
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and site operations, to deliver high-quality projects
- Develop and implement project-specific operational transition plans, ensuring consistency across projects
- Chair project meetings, providing progress updates, and identifying key risks and opportunities
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of projects
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, promoting a culture of teamwork, performance excellence, and personal success
- Drive energy and sustainability initiatives, ensuring cost savings and environmental responsibility

Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale corporate real estate project management

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
