Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate surgical schedules and appointments with patients, doctors, and surgical centers
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Educate patients about procedures, pre- and post-surgical care, and recovery timelines
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients to enhance their experience
- Process and manage billing, insurance verification, and payments related to surgeries
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a smooth patient journey from consultation to surgery
Qualifications:
- Medical Reception Experience: Familiarity with managing patient flow, scheduling, and handling confidential medical information
- Sales Experience: Ability to effectively communicate services and confidently discuss financial options and billing
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette: A clear and friendly communication style
- Polished and Professional Appearance: You'll be the first point of contact for patients, so a professional image is essential
