About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing professional who is a jack of all trades, with a strong attention to detail and excellent relationship management skills. As Executive Assistant & Special Projects Coordinator, you will work closely with our Founder and Managing Partner, providing executive support, managing special projects, and driving the successful execution of our strategic plan. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executive Support (50% of time): Provide strategic prioritization, meeting coordination, stakeholder management, and complex scheduling and calendar management.
  • Special Projects Support (50% of time): Support special projects, including research, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement systems and workflows to enhance efficiency, improve organization, and create streamlined processes.
  • Coordinate events, manage travel arrangements, and provide administrative support to the leadership team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of management experience providing executive-level support.
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with leaders, startup founders, mentors, investors, and partners.

Nice to Have

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A Master's Degree in a supportive field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced finance, VC, tech accelerator, or incubator environment.
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, AI calendars, and tools.
