We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Head of Law, responsible for driving academic excellence, curriculum development, and student experience. As a key member of our team, you will line manage a team of Programme Managers and Programme Co-ordinators, leveraging your subject knowledge and experience to drive forward the development of our law programs. About the Role

  • Line management of a team of Programme Managers and Programme Co-ordinators
  • Overall responsibility for maintaining and enhancing academic standards, curriculum currency, and student experience
  • Development of law programs, considering pedagogical approaches for online delivery
  • Collaboration with students, tutors, and examiners to drive program development

What You'll Bring

  • PhD in Law or a relevant subject, or a Master's level qualification with extensive senior-level experience
  • Experience in teaching Higher Education
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate workload, meeting set deadlines
