We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician - ABA to join our team at Key Autism Services in Murfreesboro, TN. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children and families affected by autism reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
  • Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors in a professional and goal-oriented manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
  • Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting for at least 1 year
  • 1-year ABA experience or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills
