We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Development Representative to join our team at DHL Global Forwarding, a world leader in air and ocean freight services. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively hunt and prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and strong communication skills to engage potential clients and build relationships
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business prospects and stay ahead of the competition
• Close sales by effectively presenting value propositions, negotiating terms, and securing contracts, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for effective pipeline management, ensuring seamless sales processes and maximum productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the Freight Forwarding/International Supply Chain industry, with a strong track record of hunting and prospecting for new business
• Proven ability to successfully close sales and meet or exceed revenue growth targets, with a strong understanding of the sales process and a results-driven approach
• Solid experience using CRM systems and MS Office products, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and build strong relationships with clients
