Senior Network Security Engineer (L3) - Remote Opportunity with Palo Alto and AWS+ Expertise

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer (L3) to join our team, working remotely with a leading IT company. As a key member of our Network Engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting, building, automating, and managing our Global Network Infrastructure in Datacenter and major public cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Network & Security Infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure Clouds, ensuring network stability and performance for On-Premises and Public Cloud networks.
• Develop and deploy Network evolution roadmaps in both Gov and Commercial Clouds, partnering with the Infosec team to enforce Security best practices.
• Provide support for network infrastructure problems, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and ensuring corrective action is taken.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure and security services.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of extensive network engineering experience, with expertise in architecture, designing, and implementing enterprise networks at scale using industry-standard networking solutions.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform Public Cloud platforms, with Public Cloud Network Certifications a plus.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Network design, including Data Center, Campus, Public Cloud, and Global WAN connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with multiple hardware vendors, including Cisco IOS, NX OS, ASR, Meraki, Broadcom, Mellanox, Palo Alto Networks, and Fortinet.
• Knowledge of network layer security, including Firewalls, Network Authentication Systems, and VPN technologies.
