Job Summary

As a Manager, Paid Search Activation and Enablement, you'll lead the development and execution of paid search strategies, campaigns, and innovation. You'll own end-to-end PPC campaign execution, lead a team of 1-2 PPC subject matter experts, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of PPC campaign execution, measured against target achievement and key metrics improvement
  • Lead and develop a team of 1-2 PPC subject matter experts
  • Ownership of SEM strategy, including campaign structures, keyword management, bidding strategies, and ad copy creation
  • Partner with Channel Analytics and Marketing teams to develop a robust testing program and customer-centric approach
  • Develop search roadmaps that support marketing priorities and channel best practices
  • Monitor and analyze performance, making data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Build strong partnerships with Product teams, CXO teams, and external agency partners
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external digital trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering results and project management
  • 4+ years of experience in paid search activation, specifically with Google and Bing
  • Google Adwords Certification
  • Experience leading a team (preferred)
  • Proven track record of building relationships with internal and external partners
  • Skilled at clear, concise communication
  • Experience managing large budgets in a target-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills
  • Strategic self-starter who is comfortable navigating white space
  • Bachelor's Degree
