Talent & Influencer Partnerships Specialist (Hulu)

Join the Hulu team as a Talent & Influencer Partnerships Specialist, where you'll play a key role in executing influencer and celebrity partnerships that drive awareness and engagement with our brand and content. As a member of our Social Media & Influencer Partnerships team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative campaigns that showcase Hulu's unique voice and style.

We're looking for a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for entertainment, social media, and influencer marketing. If you have a keen eye for talent and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with top talent and influencers, develop and execute campaign strategies, and analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute influencer and celebrity partnership campaigns that align with Hulu's brand values and mission
• Assist in campaign management, from strategy to execution, including creative ideation, approvals, and project timelines
• Coordinate with external agencies to deliver best-in-class influencer and celebrity media campaigns
• Serve as a liaison for select talent and influencer partners, supporting overall relationship management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social, Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Talent Relations, Social Insights, and Legal
• Develop presentations and stakeholder updates to communicate campaign status and performance
• Analyze performance metrics and produce postmortem campaign reports to optimize future campaigns

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in entertainment, influencer marketing, social media marketing, or talent relations
• Understanding of the entertainment social media landscape, platforms, trends, and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Google Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Suite, and social media tools such as CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, and/or Tribe Dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
