  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated with Delta Airlines policies and procedures
  • Uphold Delta Airlines’ commitment to exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Prior customer service or virtual assistant experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
