• Building and maintaining a robust prospect database (CRM) to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Developing and executing strategic approaches to new and existing markets to drive growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase deal flow and enhance performance
• Representing Heartland Dental at trade shows, dental conferences, and other industry events to generate leads and promote our brand

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a related field with CRM databases (ideally HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics)
• A bachelor's degree and a strong track record of achievement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential partners
• Self-motivation, drive, and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of organization
