Job Overview

In this critical role, you will play a vital part in executing revenue cycle workflows, ensuring optimal revenue collection, and providing outstanding customer service to our clients and their members. Your expertise will help build strong relationships, foster member confidence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Cycle Management: Execute customer-specific workflows, manage coding requirements, and ensure optimal collections, while handling charges, transactions, and accounts receivable.
• Compliance and Research: Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and payer regulatory updates, access relevant websites, and research coding and billing requirements.
• Professional Development and Collaboration: Participate in training, collaborate with internal teams, and build relationships with members and customers to meet their needs.
• Workflow Optimization: Analyze workflows, establish best practices, and serve as a mentor and resource for team members to drive efficiency and excellence.

Remote Work Environment and Schedule

This full-time remote position offers a flexible work environment, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet business needs.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing experience
• Experience with clearinghouses and healthcare portals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• NextGen EPM/EDR experience or similar software proficiency

Highly Desired Qualifications

• FQHC billing experience
• NextGen EPM, EDR, and/or Optical experience
• Dental billing experience
• Behavioral Health billing experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Technical Requirements

• Reliable internet connection with download speeds of 20Mbps or higher
• Upload speed of 5Mbps or higher
