Remote Technical Support Specialist - Troubleshooter Extraordinaire

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and tech-savvy Remote Troubleshooter to join the Hunter Wave team! As a primary liaison between our field service technicians and customers across the state, you'll play a vital role in resolving off-site issues with professionalism and efficiency. If you're a problem-solving guru with a passion for delivering top-notch customer support, we want to hear from you!

In this exciting role, you'll leverage your strong technical background, analytical skills, and exceptional problem-solving experience to provide expert solutions to customers' technical problems. Your outstanding interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, ensuring customers receive prompt and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a product expert, reviewing and responding to software and hardware issues, evaluating product capabilities, and providing recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with technical team members to deliver exceptional customer service, working closely with programmers to resolve errors and improve existing programs.
  • Utilize your project management skills to troubleshoot issues, achieve solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) preferred.
  • 2+ years of related technical support experience.
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
