Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with individuals and groups, including customers, suppliers, and associates
• Implement business plans and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals
• Monitor and manage productivity, preparing and analyzing business reports to drive success
• Maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring associates are trained on company policies and procedures
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience
• OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience
• OR 2 years supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office skills
• Experience supervising associates
• Knowledge of Walmart Logistics Systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics
