We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tutor/Teacher to join our team at Sylvan Learning Center in Hermosa Beach, CA. As a Tutor/Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in a fun and supportive after-school tutoring environment. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach reading, writing, and math to students at K-8 levels in a small group setting (maximum 3 students per teacher)
• Lead instruction and motivate students to succeed using pre-planned, engaging lessons
• Work collaboratively with our team to create a positive and productive learning environment
• Enjoy flexible scheduling with part-time hours, including weekday afternoons, Saturday mornings, and daytime hours during school breaks
