In this critical role, you'll be at the forefront of our security efforts, driving the success of our organization through your expertise in penetration testing, red team engagements, and vulnerability remediation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage penetration testing and red team engagements, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on vulnerability remediation, and collaborate with infrastructure and application owners to prioritize and address security issues
• Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and ensuring quality standards are met
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and recommend improvements to testing methodologies and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, or 3+ years with a cybersecurity certification
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity trends, industry best practices, and risk management techniques
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• PMP, CISSP, or CISM certification preferred
