We'll provide you with comprehensive training to ensure you have the expertise and confidence to succeed in this role. Your mission will be to break down complex technology into simple, easy-to-understand terms, empowering customers to make informed decisions and appreciate the unique value of each product. You'll also collaborate closely with other sales associates, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure they're equipped to provide exceptional support to customers interested in Sony products.

Your key responsibilities will include:
