About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Student Solution Consultant with expertise in curriculum, recordings, and/or advising to join our Higher Education solution consulting team. As a Solution Consultant, you'll provide Student Information System expertise, engage audiences with dynamic content and storytelling, lead executive presentations, and demonstrate our Workday Student product, all while working closely with our sales team to drive sales cycle success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars to showcase the value of our Workday Student application
• Craft detailed design and implementation specifications for sophisticated products/applications/solutions
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of our solution, services, and training
• Support the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds, and sales cycle closure plans
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and channel teams to achieve objectives
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand customer struggles, current business processes, and ideal future state
• Utilize in-depth ERP-product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of extensive curriculum, records, and/or advising domain expertise
• 3+ years of business experience with relevant student information system applications (e.g., Banner, Colleague, Jenzabar, PeopleSoft, Anthology, etc.)
• Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects, both individually and cross-functionally
• Experience with value-based selling and outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel 50+% of the time

At Workday, we offer a competitive salary range of $103,600 USD - $155,400 USD, depending on location and experience.
