Working Student - Global HR Projects (m/f/d)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our People & Culture team in the global rollout of our new HR software. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, HR digitalization, and internal communications within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As part of the People & Culture project team, you will:
- Track project progress and maintain project documentation and timelines.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and feedback collection.
- Support the software setup, including testing and configuration tasks.
- Create communication materials (e.g., guides, FAQs, articles) to support the rollout.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders globally.
- Support in preparing, organizing and delivering training sessions for employees and managers .
- Enrolled student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in HR processes and digital tools.
- Structured and proactive working style with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus.
- Confident in using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR software and in project management is a plus.
- Available for at least 9 months and enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the working student contract.
