As part of our rapid growth, Mistral is expanding its footprint in the public sector. We are seeking an Account Manager to lead our engagement with the Luxembourg Government. You will be responsible for managing key government relationships, defining long-term strategic roadmaps, and ensuring successful deployment of AI solutions aligned with public sector priorities such as digital sovereignty, transformation, and operational efficiency.You’ll play a pivotal role in making Mistral a trusted partner across Luxembourg’s ministries and agencies.What you will do

About you
- 10+ years of experience managing strategic public sector or large enterprise accounts, ideally with direct exposure to government bodies.
- Proven track record of leading transformative, multi-year, multi-agency projects in politically complex environments.
- Experience working with deep tech products (cloud infrastructure, AI, ML platforms), able to confidently engage CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and technical project leads.
- Strong political acumen with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks, resolve tension, and align divergent interests.
- Skilled in aligning technical product roadmaps with policy objectives, regulatory constraints, and public procurement processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills — calm, pragmatic, and able to build trust across a wide range of stakeholders and personalities.
- Fluent in English (written spoken); French or German is a strong plus due to the local context.
- Fluent in luxembourgish will be much appreciated
