Job Summary: Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Missouri City, Texas. WE ONLY ACCEPT CLIENTS IN HOUSTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. The LVN will work full time and provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients in their own homes. This individual contributor role will report directly to the Director of Nursing and will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive home health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive hourly pay of $45 per visit, paid semi-monthly - Flexible work schedule - Professional growth and development opportunities - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Access to necessary medical equipment and supplies Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following the established care plan - Administer medications, dress wounds, and assist with other medical treatments as directed by the physician - Monitor and record patient’s vital signs, progress, and any changes in condition - Collaborate with the physician and other members of the healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans - Educate patients and their families on medication management, disease prevention, and self-care techniques - Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with state and federal regulations - Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and protocols Requirements: - Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Texas - Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a home health setting - CPR certification - Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures - Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care - Ability to work independently and as a part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems - Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license EEOC statement: Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
