Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Remote Insurance Agent- No Experience Necessary! to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients via zoom. This position is fully remote and it is a 100% commission sales position in the first year only. Our agents earn Residual income starting year 2.Responsibilities:Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients via zoomDevelop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needsOur agents specializes in mortgage protection, final expense, college education, paycheck protection etcResolve client inquiries and complaintsExpand business reach through networking techniquesComply with insurance standards and regulationsTrack and identify areas of improvementAttend ongoing training sessionQualifications:Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related HR fields is a plusAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskCompany DescriptionGlobe life has an existing 16 million existing customers in the entire country making Globe life the only insurance company with the most existing Customers.
