Overview: About The Role: At Cyble, we are on the lookout for a Regional Sales Manager who is not just adept in sales but is a visionary in the cybersecurity landscape, particularly for government sector clientele. This role demands an individual with extensive experience and a proven track record in selling cybersecurity solutions, specifically in a government context. The Regional Sales Manager will be the driving force behind the adoption of Cyble Hawk Threat Intelligence solutions across various government agencies, shaping the future of cybersecurity strategies in the public sector. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Strategic Sales Leadership: Craft and implement an aggressive sales strategy to enhance Cyble Hawk's presence and market share in the government sector. Regularly review and adjust strategies to align with evolving market dynamics. • Government Sector Engagement: Leverage existing relationships and networks within government agencies to secure new business opportunities. Establish Cyble as a trusted advisor and go-to solution provider in the cybersecurity space. • Sales Targets and Growth Initiatives: Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets. Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative approaches to tap into these segments. • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research on emerging trends, policy changes, and competitor strategies within the government cybersecurity realm. Use insights to inform sales strategies and product enhancements. • Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and ethical sales practices. Provide coaching, training, and career development opportunities to team members. • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction. • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, analysing key sales metrics to inform business decisions and strategy adjustments. Qualifications: What You’ll Need: • Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of proven experience in sales, with a significant focus on cybersecurity solutions in the government sector. • Strong Network: Established connections and an excellent reputation within government circles, enabling effective engagement and relationship building. • Leadership Excellence: A track record of leading high-performing sales teams focusing on mentorship, performance management, and team motivation. • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution, with a keen understanding of the cybersecurity market and government procurement processes. • Proactive and Independent: A self-starter who can operate independently, anticipate market shifts and react swiftly to changes. • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
