The Marcom Data Science team embeds intelligence across Marcom teams to enable the creation of amazing customer experiences. We are looking for a senior analyst with web analytics and marketing science experience with a wide range of technical skills and the ability to coordinate work across teams to deliver high visibility deliverables on time. KEY QUALIFICATIONS • Business Skills • Experienced data scientist with 10+ years of experience developing data reporting solutions and strategy across digital marketing platforms and social ecosystems, utilizing project management and scrum methodologies. • Experience analyzing the launch of new products, services, or websites and managing project timelines using scrum. • In-depth knowledge of digital analytics data, measurement, methodologies, and industry standards with a focus on project management best practices. • Excellent communicator with good design sense and natural presentation skills that can weave results into a narrative for business and creative teams to comprehend easily. Skilled in leading scrum meetings and coordinating project tasks. • Curiosity to dive below the surface and identify important strategic implications in the data, while utilizing project management skills to prioritize tasks and deliverables. • Ability to take a project from start to finish with minimal supervision, utilizing project management tools and scrum methodology to ensure deadlines are met. • Great collaborator and coordinator with the proven ability to work across teams to deliver quality deliverables on time, utilizing project management techniques to keep teams aligned and working together efficiently. • Able to balance multiple projects and assignments with a focus on efficiency, utilizing project management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively. • Detail-oriented, organized, and patient, with a focus on using project management tools and scrum techniques to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Technical Skills • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other web measurement platforms (Adobe Preferred). • Proficiency with Tableau or other Data Visualization tools • • Strong working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake experience preferred DESCRIPTION • As a web data analyst in the Marcom Data Science team you will work with business partners across multiple marketing functions to provide actionable analysis and insights. • You will coordinate the production of 360 degree analysis that will involve weaving the output of multiple analytical disciplines, and multiple datasets into a unified analysis. • You will tackle the analysis of new and existing products and services and how they are received and experienced by customers across multiple touch-points. • You will create detailed analysis and reporting plans with stakeholders and then coordinate with analytics colleagues and business partners to execute Apply Job!
