Engaging directly with users via live chat, youÂll diagnose problems, provide effective solutions, and contribute valuable feedback to our product development team. Rate: $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and detail required for the review). Requirements: Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills for clear communication. Skills/background needed: No previous experience in live chat support required  full training provided. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Minimum availability of 5+ hours per week.
