Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Opening

Blazer Jobs is excited to partner with a school district in the Sacramento, CA area to hire a dedicated LPN/LVN for a full-time position in a special education setting for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while working within a supportive and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Provide medical support to students with special needs in the school setting Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and assist with health monitoring Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and special education professionals, to ensure students' health and safety Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the school district and state regulations Qualifications: Current and valid LPN/LVN license in the state of California Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred) At least one year of experience in a healthcare or school setting is preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay: $38-$43/hour Health care benefit options 401(k) eligibility Tuition reimbursement Ongoing professional development opportunities How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to email their resume to [email protected].
