Job description: We are partnered with a hyper growth Accounting Firm and we are looking to hire a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team. Our client, a leading company specializing in comprehensive bookkeeping and back-office support, works closely with diverse clients to manage their financial operations efficiently. In this role, you will be entrusted with managing all day-to-day bookkeeping functions for your assigned clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Accounts Payable (A/P) by entering bills and managing payments.
- Managing Accounts Receivable (A/R), which encompasses creating and sending invoices while tracking collections.
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Preparing and delivering monthly financial reports to clients, providing clarity and insights into their financial status.
- Filing sales tax returns and offering assistance with payroll processing as needed.
- Supporting the preparation of year-end financial documentation and collaborating with the Bookkeeping Manager.
- Serving as a key liaison between clients and accountants, enhancing communication and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, with proficiency in managing A/R and A/P.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain robust client relationships.
- Capability to handle multiple accounts and clients simultaneously, adjusting to various client-specific requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Experience with QuickBooks
- MS Excel experience is preferred
