What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries regarding prescription drug coverage, benefits, and mail order medications
- Helping individuals understand their coverage options and make informed decisions about their healthcare
- Providing empathetic and effective support to improve the overall healthcare experience
