Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through phone and other communication channels
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Utilizing product knowledge to accurately address customer needs and concerns
  • Maintaining strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating various systems
  • Ability to handle a high volume of interactions with accuracy and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience with health insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a call center setting
