We're looking for people who are just as passionate about products that help make consumers' financial lives easier as we are.Job DescriptionWe are looking for individuals to join our inbound call center team as a Senior Insurance Sales Producer/Advisor and you will report to a Sales Team Lead. This role is crucial for customers that are shopping for insurance. To be successful, you will build instant relationship and close sales to exceed targets. This is a remote position, so reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace are necessary.Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
• Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage
• Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold

Qualifications2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products. Broker or call center experience a plus.

• A comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products. Must have an active P&C or Personal Lines license.
• Experience talking with customers over the phone.
• Experience working in similar call center environment.
• You are technologically competent with the knowledge and skill to navigate several systems, relevant tools, and equipment.
• You will work at least one weekend day.
