Job Summary

The Customer Service Credit Specialist 3 (New Accounts Servicing) is an entry-level position that requires capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors, and facilities in relevant credit systems. This role involves working closely with the Operations - Services team to maintain data quality, monitor credit exposure, and adhere to overall credit policies. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Credit Specialist 3 (New Accounts Servicing), you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing assistance to a variety of products and services, including new account servicing
  • Assisting on assignments of moderate complexity under general supervision
  • Assisting on a wide range of specialized administrative and technical tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Exchanging moderately complex information with others, including customers, colleagues, and management
  • Evaluating and selecting solutions to complete limited complexity assignments, including resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding arenaflex, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or credit-related role
  • Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies
  • Demonstrated technical and administrative knowledge, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as listening skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
