Job Description
The Provider Relations Recruitment & Retention Representative job duties range from routine administrative assistance to maintenance of multiple customer service efforts. Responsibilities include the ability to reach out to potential customers or existing customers and provide information or training regarding a wide array of different details, as well as provide direction to ensure the customer understands the role and responsibilities. This role serves as the lead point of contact for new customers (providers) and delivers presentations as well as credentialing and enrolling providers to the program. Special Job Requirements: In home remote worker Minimum of 50% travel Must own a vehicle Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience Minimum of 1 year of state Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care and or Health Plan Managed Care experience Preferred: Public speaking experience Familiarity with all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture.
