Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Answering after-hours phone calls and scheduling appointments between customers and on-call technicians
- Responding to customer needs through email and maintaining an organized system, including documenting and recording the correct services and keeping track of account changes
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assisting with other miscellaneous office duties as needed, such as answering customer questions or scheduling appointments
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers and colleagues
Work Schedule
This part-time dispatcher position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. There is flexibility with multiple shifts available, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your needs.
Competitive Compensation and Benefits
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you will earn a competitive wage of $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience. After completing the first month of training in the office, you will have the potential to work remotely, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
