Location: Temple, TX Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (M-W-F) | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Rate: Competitive, based on market Job Details: We are seeking a DOT-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our urgent care team in Texas for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and be comfortable handling a mix of occupational health and urgent care services. Responsibilities: Perform Pre-Employment and Work Physicals Conduct Department of Transportation (DOT) Physicals Evaluate and treat minor illnesses such as colds, flu, sore throat, and cough Provide care for minor injuries, including cuts and abrasions Collaborate with on-site physicians, office managers, and a supportive team of MAs and RNs Requirements: Active DOT Certification Local candidates are preferred Nurse Practitioner License in Texas This is a great opportunity for a local NP seeking a stable and rewarding short-term assignment with excellent support from a collaborative healthcare team.
