Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Assisting customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.
• Providing guidance and support to customers regarding pharmacy services, health insurance, and wellness programs, ensuring that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
