Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Nutiliti Application Support, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes from customers regarding their billing, regulations, payments, or the functioning of the Nutiliti application
- Providing clear, concise, and empathetic support to customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Directing customers to the appropriate department or resource when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Collaborating with the Nutiliti team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
