Provide exceptional customer service to all Progressive customers. Assist customers with their insurance claims and provide support throughout the process. Learn and understand the policies and procedures of Progressive's claims department. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other departments. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers who may be experiencing a difficult time. Work closely with experienced Claims Adjusters to learn about the claims process and industry best practices. Document all interactions and claims information accurately and thoroughly. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer's experience. Adhere to company guidelines and regulations while handling claims. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims. Attend training sessions and complete required coursework to further develop skills and knowledge. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment. Represent Progressive in a professional and positive manner at all times.
