We're seeking an experienced Product Manager - Customer Analytics to join our team and drive the development and execution of our Client Investigation Center item strategy.

About the Role

As a Product Manager - Customer Analytics at blithequark, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience by driving the development and execution of our Client Investigation Center item strategy. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions that meet the needs of our internal stakeholders while ensuring data security and customer privacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Client Investigation Center item strategy to enhance the quality and accessibility of customer insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Define and communicate a clear roadmap, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center.
  • Ensure that tools and infrastructure are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams analyzing customer data.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and adoption of the Client Investigation Center.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, blithequark Interface, Data Ventures, blithequark+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 7 years of experience in product management.
  • Alternatively, 9 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer analytics, data security, and customer privacy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Awareness of accessibility best practices and a commitment to supporting an inclusive culture.
