We are looking for new Chiron Providers who are passionate about helping people feel great, minus the hospital burnout. All on your own schedule. Previous aesthetic experience is not required, just bring your confidence and be motivated to learn! Please note that this position entails providing in-person aesthetic and wellness services within your community. We do not operate as a brick-and-mortar location. However, you are free to operate from your own office space if you choose. Our Training: Our boot camp sets you up to be a proficient injector. Training consists of self-study didactic materials and hands-on clinical training. Classes are limited to 5 trainees per instructor to allow maximum hands-on learning and participation. Please note that inexperienced providers are required to cover the cost of the training with Chiron Academy. Administer Treatments: Administer medical aesthetic and wellness treatments (including neurotoxin, fillers, chemical peels, medical weight loss, and more) in accordance with the protocols and accepted practices of Chiron Aesthetics ? Personalized Consultations: Consult with clients in order to determine the most appropriate treatment for their desired outcome, developing their personalized treatment plan ? Promote Yourself: Actively promote your new skills to people in your network and surrounding areas, including social media, networking, and word-of-mouth promotion ? Manage your Schedule: Manage your schedule and appointments efficiently; including travel to clients' locations with all necessary equipment and materials; ensuring timely arrival ? Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in every Chiron Aesthetics Skin client interaction, including responding to clients' questions and concerns in a timely, courteous, and professional manner ? Maintain Charting: Complete and maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every client ? Maintain Equipment: Maintain medical equipment in proper working order and restock inventory as needed ? Adhere to Protocols: Adhere to all company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with law ? Continuous Education: Engage in self-guided digital, and optional live training, with opportunities for continuous professional development Minimum Qualifications : ? Active NP or PA license ? Active BLS Certification ? Flexible to travel and work in multiple locations within a reasonable distance to your home ? Entrepreneurial aspirations, passion for aesthetics, and commitment to personal growth ? Passion for social media, marketing, and / or being an entrepreneur is an added plus! Compensation: ?
