Job Title: SAP Reporting Analyst / Sales Support Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Pay Rate: $35 per hour Duration: 12 months Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous SAP Reporting Analyst / Sales Support professional to join our esteemed team in Pittsburgh, PA. Key Responsibilities • Deliver comprehensive sales and marketing support to the commercial team and independent sales representatives, encompassing pricing and margin analysis, forecasting, and target pipeline analysis. • Assist the sales team in various customer service and sales operations tasks, including order follow-ups, sample arrangements, managing technical inquiries, and overseeing payment tracking. • Serve as a lead catcher by vetting leads, executing initial quoting, and maintaining updated records in the CRM (C4C). • Provide support to the commercial team in opportunity management, ensuring precise tracking and reporting. • Operate within SAP to facilitate data mapping, establish new materials/customers, and navigate approval processes for sales-related activities. • Oversee small-volume long-tail inside accounts and transactional accounts, aiding account managers in monitoring and fostering growth. • Offer assistance with marketing communications logistics as required. Required Skills • Proficiency in various digital platforms and business software. • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with exceptional attention to detail. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or similar roles is preferred. • Familiarity with SAP or comparable ERP systems is advantageous. • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!).
