We are looking for a talented Director of Search Engine Marketing to join our dynamic team and lead our SEM strategy to new heights. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Search Engine Marketing to oversee and manage our SEM efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEM strategies, a proven track record of successful campaign management, and the ability to lead a team to drive performance improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. • Oversee and manage a team of SEM specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure campaign success. • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. • Create compelling ad copy and landing pages to maximize click-through and conversion rates. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEM strategies with overall marketing goals. • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns with a strong track record of success. • Proficiency in using SEM tools and platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, etc.). • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Google Ads certification is a plus. • Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred. • *Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. ** Compensation: Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $100,000 - $300,000.
