We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Licensed Insurance Service Advisor to support our valued clients. What You'll Do: • Be the Go-To Expert: Provide top-notch support by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care. • Educate & Assist: Share detailed information about insurance products, helping customers understand their policies and options. • Review & Recommend: Evaluate current policies, recommend product upgrades, and refer clients to sales agents when needed. • Problem Solver: Handle complaints with a calm, solution-oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, manage the complaint database, and assist in streamlining service processes. What We’re Looking For: • A current insurance license (required). • High school diploma or GED. • Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Tech-savvy: Proficient with databases, call systems, and basic computer applications. • A friendly, professional demeanor with a knack for problem-solving.
