Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the frontline support for our customers shopping online, providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance via live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Providing accurate information regarding product details, order status, shipping, returns, and policies
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
